large-capacity garment printing operation houses both fully automatic
and manual equipment allows us to produce both small orders and very
large production runs. Embroidery Embroidery provides an excellent method of promoting your corporate logo and creates an impression of superiority and class. Importantly, it lasts the life of the garment or substrate that it is applied to. Screen PrintScreen printing provides a cost effective method for decorating volume items such as T-Shirts. Ideal when large logos are required, it also replicates a good level of detail. EmbossingA decoration method that leaves a three-dimensional image. The effect is like 'stamping' and is suitable for most clothing styles, particularly T-Shirts, Polo Shirts, Sweat Shirts and Fleeces. Embossing provides a cost-effective and alternative choice to embroidery and print. AppliquéThe
embroidered design is applied to a shaped piece of lazer cut fabric,
creating a badge like effect which is crisp and very detailed. This can
be used when a large area needs to be covered with a design. Appliqué’s
minimise the number of stitches which in turn can also help reduce
costs. ChenileA
very unique finish as a result of special yarn and machinery. The
result is a wonderful towelling finish which provides a very effective
decoration. The process can only be reproduced in single colour logos
but works very well with larger designs and lettering. This process is
mainly used on panel prior to the make up of the garment. PadloftAn unusual technique used to create a 3D effect by giving that much needed lift to otherwise flat embroidery.
