Fridays
American Pilsner.

Brand has never been more important and TGI’s know that more than most. The American giant is not a UK staple for burgers, chicken wings and some seriously good ribs for nothing. They know who they are and how to communicate that.

We live in a different world now where the competition for attention is fiercest it’s ever been, and putting your own flag in the ground and showing true authenticity is where brands have to look. Parasols and Cafe Barriers are one thing, but TGI decided to step it up again.

“Why can’t we have our own beer?”. Good question. Why not. And that was that. Fridays American Pilsner was born. This created an authentic and original product to really drier home the brand with their customers, while at the same time created a genuine sub-brand giving people another way in two the TGI experience.

We love the concept and love even more that we were lucky enough to be involved in the development of a new Friday’s American Pilsner Merchandise Collection include Parasols, Cafe Barriers, Custom Glassware and even Directors Chairs.

A BIT OF HISTORY.

It all begins with an idea. For Beavertown this was back in 2011 when Logan (he’s the founder) thought it would be cool to start home-brewing in his kitchen, using nothing more that a 50 litre rice pan, a camping cool box and a tea urn.

From here the dream started. The plan was to start the brewery in the kitchen of a BBQ restaurant. They called it “Duke’s Brew & Que”.

An American BBQ/Brewpub was born, and the 650 litre brew house Beavertown Brewery took it’s place opposite the smokers. Next Logan got to work on creating the 8 Ball Rye IPA to pair with the spice and rub used on the pork ribs, and The Smog Rocket Smoked Porter to accompany the smoked, molasses and char of the beef ribs. From there the Beavertown Brewery story continues through to today.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your BRAND story can make all the difference.
